The George & Dragon, Chipstead is giving back to its customers by launching an innovative new loyalty card.

The scheme will be launched on March 16 2012. To show our appreciation for customers' loyalty the new card will reward you every time you visit, whether for a quick drink, coffee or full dining experience.

The loyalty card offers customers the opportunity to earn one point for every £1 spent and for every 200 points collected you will be rewarded with £10 to spend. The more you spend the more points you earn, and these points can be redeemed on your next visit to the George & Dragon, Chipstead or can be saved up for that special occasion.

"We have spent the last two years building relationships with the local farmers and artisan producers and we are thrilled that customers are supporting them through their loyalty to us. That's why we think it's the perfect time to launch the new card, especially with the current economic climate."

Card holders will also be able to take advantage of free wi-fi, double points days and will be invited to special reward card holder events, with a regular newsletter notifying them of the most recent benefits.

Terms and Conditions

1. The George and Dragon, Chipstead Loyalty card ("Loyalty Card") is not a store card or a credit card, it is our way of showing our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit our pub and dining room.

2. All George and Dragon, Chipstead loyalty cards belong to George & Dragon Chipstead Kent Ltd

3. A holder of a Loyalty Card is here and after referred to as a 'Member'.

4. The George and Dragon, Chipstead loyalty scheme is operated by George & Dragon Chipstead Kent Ltd under which cardholders accumulate points when they visit the George & Dragon Pub and Dining Room, Chipstead using their Loyalty Card.

5. Loyalty Cards must be presented before or when you request your bill, points can and will only be issued to the value of the loyalty cardholders contribution to the bill. Point cannot be issued in conjunction with any other promotion.

6. Loyalty Card holders will receive one point for every £1 spent at George & Dragon, Chipstead to be redeemed at your leisure in George & Dragon, Chipstead. For example, £200 will earn you 200 points which equates to the value of £10. Points so earned are here and after referred to as "Loyalty Card Points".

7. To keep track of your points balance please contact a member of the restaurant team.

8. Your Loyalty Card is personal to you and points may not be transferred to or from one card to another unless that card has been lost or stolen.

9. You will not receive additional points in respect of any bill paid with Loyalty Card Points.

10. Only points credited to a Loyalty Card may be redeemed and points may take 24 hours to be credited after a visit to the George & Dragon, Chipstead.

11. Loyalty Card Points are only valid upon confirmation that the Loyalty Card has been activated. Any Loyalty Card Points earned in excess of 28 days before the card is activated will be forfeited. Points will also be forfieted in cases where requests are made to add points to cards in excess of 28 days from the date the bill was paid.

12. The George & Dragon Chispstead Kent ltd has the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the loyalty card Scheme at any time.

13. The George & Dragon Chipstead Kent ltd reserve the right to refuse or revoke any guests membership of the loyalty scheme. In certain instances where the Member is suspected of abusing the Loyalty Card Scheme that Member's Loyalty Card Points balance will be forfeited and any unused points will be cancelled.

14. Members will be responsible for any loss or theft of a Loyalty Card and should notify George & Dragon Chipstead Kent ltd, 39 High street, Chipstead, Kent, TN13 2RW. Or contact on 01732 779019.or by email info@georgeanddragonchipstead.com as soon as they become aware of a lost or stolen card.

15. The George & Dragon, Chipstead Kent ltd shall not be liable for any unauthorised use of the loyalty card.

16. Members shall notify George & Dragon, Chipstead Kent ltd of any change of address or other personal details. George & Dragon, Chipstead Kent ltd will not be responsible for any loss of a Loyalty Card or awarded Points resulting from any failure of a Member to notify George & Dragon, Chipstead Kent ltd of such change.

18. Loyalty Cards are only available to persons aged 18 and over.
